Usage
Take three capsules with plenty of water after a meal, unless otherwise advised.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years. Store in a dry, cool, and dark place.
