Usage
Collagen Perfection Complex:
Take 1-3 tablets daily with water after a meal. A period of at least one month is recommended.

Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Colladeen Derma Plus:
From 18 years and older: Take 2 tablets daily with a meal.
These can be taken together or spread throughout the day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.

Not suitable for children under 18 years and not to be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
The daily amount of 800mg ECGC must not be exceeded.

Storage instructions
Store dry and at room temperature.
