Usage
Lecithin granules can be added to any meal or drinks, or it can be used as a cooking ingredient.
Sprinkle 1 to 2 level small teaspoons of granules over porridge or breakfast cereals, stir it into fruit juices, or add it while cooking.
Lecithin also acts as a thickening agent in soups. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
