Calcium carbonate, Filler (Cellulose), Magnesium oxide, Ascorbic acid, Ferrous fumarate, Zinc citrate, Anti-caking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide & Stearic acid), Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colorants: Calcium carbonate & Iron oxides), dl-alpha Tocopherol Acetate, Nicotinamide, Thiamine mononitrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Moisturizing agent (Crosslinked Cellulose gum), Calcium pantothenate, Cholecalciferol, Inositol, Choline bitartrate, Copper sulfate, Manganese sulfate, Phylloquinone, Chromium picolinate, Cyanocobalamin, Folic acid, Biotin, Sodium selenite, Potassium iodide.
Usage
Adults: Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised.
Preferably take with a meal. Suitable for vegetarians.
Do not use with coumarin derivatives, such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon due to interactions.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years.
This product contains iron, which can be harmful in high amounts for very young children.
Storage instructions
