Usage
Take 1 tablet per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years.
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Prolonged intake of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
