Magnesium (citrate & oxide), cellulose, calcium carbonate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), tablet coating (glazing agents: polydextrose & calcium carbonate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Colorant: iron oxide), cinnamon bark (cinnamomum cassia) extract Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate), vitamin E (dl-alpha acid succinate), niacin (nicotinamide), zinc citrate, iron (iron fumarate), thiamine mononitrate, crosslinked cellulose gum, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), para-aminobenzoic acid, choline bitartrate, inositol, riboflavin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D3, selenium (l-selenomethionine & sodium selenite), chromium picolinate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, folic acid, vitamin K1, potassium iodide, biotin

Use
Take 2 tablets per day, one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner.

Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

If you experience health complaints, such as tingling or numbness in hands or feet, contact your (family) doctor.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years.

Magnesium may have a laxative effect.
