Filler (Cellulose), Magnesium (Citrate & Oxide), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Iron citrate, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7), Pantothenic acid (Calcium pantothenate), Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Polydextrose, Calcium carbonate, Colorant: Iron oxide), Zinc citrate, Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopheryl acid succinate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Stearic acid & Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Choline bitartrate, Inositol, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Chromium chloride, Thiamine mononitrate, Riboflavin, Copper sulfate, Manganese sulfate, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), Folic acid (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), Selenium (Sodium selenite), Potassium iodide, Sodium molybdate, Biotin.

Usage
Take 1 tablet per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if you are simultaneously using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and fenprocoumon).

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years.

This product contains iron, which can be harmful to small children in high doses.
