Omega-3 fatty acids play a unique role in supporting the heart and blood vessels. The fatty acids in the omega-3 family are alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The majority of health effects are known for EPA and DHA.

EPA is also important for maintaining healthy cells, for flexible joints, and for supporting the immune system. DHA plays a crucial role in the development and functioning of the brain and the nervous system.

EPA and DHA are found almost exclusively in fatty fish and are therefore also known as fish fatty acids. ALA, which can be found in plant oil, can be limitedly converted into EPA and DHA.

FISH oil concentrate (Antioxidant: mixed Tocopherols, FISH oil), Capsule (Gelatin, (Bovine), Glycerin, Color: Iron oxide, Copper chlorophyll), ORAC blend (Green Tea Leaf (Camellia sinensis), Grape seed (Vitis vinifera) & Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf extracts), Beeswax, Sunflower lecithin

Use
Take 2 capsules per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
People using blood-thinning medications (anticoagulants) or salicylates should consult their doctor before using Pure OracOmega.
