Usage
Adults: A serving of 20 grams of powder is generally recommended and can be measured as 2 full dessert spoons. This jar contains up to 18 servings. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

ATHLETES: This product can be used to increase protein intake. Depending on the protein in the base diet, 1 to 2 servings per day (20-40g) are sufficient. Use as described, unless otherwise advised by a doctor or therapist.

USAGE SUGGESTIONS: This product has a mild taste and when added to soup or gravy, it also has a thickening effect. Add extra liquid if necessary when following a recipe.

SOUP, STEW, OR GRAVY: Add the powder at the end of the cooking time, just before serving. Simply add and stir well.

CEREALS/CORN FLAKES: Sprinkle it over dry breakfast cereals (muesli) and then add milk.

FRUIT SMOOTHIES: This powder can be blended with any type of fresh fruit; 10 grams of powder with a serving of fruit, for example, a banana. This keeps the taste good.

MILKSHAKES: 10g in a small milkshake and 20g in a large milkshake.
