Pea protein isolate.

Use
A serving of 20 grams of powder is generally recommended and can be measured as 2 full dessert spoons.

This product has a mild taste and when added to soup or gravy, it also has a thickening effect. So add extra liquid when following a recipe.

Soup, stew, or gravy: Add the powder at the end of the cooking time, just before serving. Simply sprinkle and stir well.

Cereals/cornflakes: Sprinkle it over the dry cereal (muesli) before adding milk.

Fruit smoothies: This powder can be blended with any fresh fruit; 10 grams of powder with a portion of fruit, for example, a banana. This keeps the taste good.

Milkshakes: 10g in a small milkshake and 20g in a large milkshake.

Sport: This product can be used to increase protein intake, especially branched-chain amino acids. Depending on the protein in the base diet, 1 to 2 servings per day (20-40g) are sufficient.
