Light Being Kuthumi tincture 11

Lichtwesen Kuthumi tincture 11
LichtWesen® Number 11. Sense of reality – KUTHUMI

Summary
·· Feeling good in your body
·· Sense of reality
·· Patience
·· Grounding
·· Clarity
·· Perceiving subtle energies

The power of the Ascended Master Kuthumi
strengthens the connection between the subtle and the gross body. It helps to be fully in your body. As a result, one feels strong, grounded, stable, clear, and good, "you stand with both feet on the ground". It is easy to recognize what is good for the body and what you better avoid. Kuthumi also strengthens the connection with and love for the earth. His power helps to be realistic, not too pessimistic or too optimistic, and to have patience. Through his energy, it is easier to recognize the subtle reality behind the gross.

Questions to better understand yourself and the situation
·· Is it the right time for me to act in my situation now, or is it still too early?
·· Do I feel comfortable in my body? What does my body need for me to feel comfortable in it?
·· How powerfully do I breathe in? Do I breathe in to the tips of my toes? Do I feel my feet, my roots?
·· Which situation or which people do I view too pessimistically?
·· Which situation or which people do I view too optimistically?
·· Am I willing to anchor my subtle body in my body?

Additional instructions regarding this LightBeing essence
Works particularly intensively when the essence is applied to the soles of the feet (also for headaches caused by energy accumulation)
in the crown chakra). It can help with chronically cold feet and hands, just like the mix of Kuthumi (11), Sanat Kumara (7), and Seraphis Bey (13). (For example, when one is not fully in their body.)

Exercise on the theme
Stand loosely upright, with knees slightly bent, feet about shoulder-width apart. Now make the movement of a lying 8, focusing your attention successively on three points on the sole of your foot and shift your body weight down to these points: from the heel of your right foot over the inside of your right foot to the big toe of your left foot, from the big toe to the little toe of the left foot and then to the heel of the left foot, from the heel of the left foot over the inside of the left foot to the big toe of the right foot and again over the little toe of the right foot to the right heel. The soles of your feet remain in contact with the ground. Finally, center yourself at the intersection of the lying 8 and connect with the earth. Ask the power of Kuthumi to stabilize this connection.
