LichtWesen® Number 21: Security – MARIA

Summary
·· Nurturing, motherly love
·· Feeling cherished and loved
·· Caring for one's needs
·· Taking and giving
·· Learning to say "no"
·· Recognizing that everything is interconnected

The power of the Ascended Master MARIA
connects us with the nurturing, motherly love. It heals the wounds of the heart, the feeling of separation, the sense of being abandoned. This way, we come more and more into resonance with the greater whole. We recognize that we are enveloped by this love everywhere and also find it within ourselves. Thus, the illusion of being separate dissolves. We feel safe, protected, loved, cherished, one. Maria also shows us when we demand too much from ourselves, do not take good care of ourselves, or give more to others than to ourselves.

Questions to better understand yourself and the situation
·· Are there people / situations to which I would have preferred to say "no", but didn't?
·· In what situation do I give more than I want or can?
·· What can I nourish myself with, what does me good?
·· In what situation do I feel abandoned?
·· What gifts do I not accept? What am I afraid of when I would accept them?
·· What are my needs (at this moment)?
·· Am I afraid of closeness?
·· How do I behave in situations where I could use help and feel needy?

Additional instructions regarding this LichtWesen essence
Children like to take this essence when they feel alone or when the mother is away. When applied to the neck, cervical spine, or abdomen, the theme of 'dominant mother' can be transformed. Some users have reported good results on the skin. It is well-suited for meditation and the experience of oneness.

Exercise on the theme
Lie down in a bathtub with warm water or imagine that you are in a bath with pleasantly warm water. If possible, sprinkle some rose petals or rose perfume in the water and add a few drops of the LichtWesen essence Maria. Close your eyes and imagine that you are in the energy of the Mother Goddess. She surrounds you with warmth, envelops you, protects you, and nourishes you. Gently she caresses you and warms you. Allow the love of the Mother Goddess to fill you.
