Miso is a paste made from fermented soybeans, used in the Far East for 1300 years to flavor dishes, but also for its high-quality protein. Shiro Miso is a white, very young miso with a typical soft, sweet-salty taste. This is due to the combination of soy and rice and the short natural fermentation of just 7 days. This authentic Japanese specialty responds to the current interest in Eastern cuisine combined with ease of use.
