Lactobacillus rhamnosus	0.15 × 10⁹ CFU
Bifidobacterium breve	0.10 × 10⁹ CFU
Streptococcus thermophilus	0.10 × 10⁹ CFU
Lactobacillus Casei Subsp. Casei	0.10 × 10⁹ CFU
Bifidobacterium longum	0.075 × 10⁹ CFU
Lactobacillus bulgaricus	0.05 × 10⁹ CFU
Inulin powder	400 mg
CFU = Colony Forming Units

Ingredients
Lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus rhamnosus, bifidobacterium breve, streoticiccys therniohilus, lactobacillus casei subsp. casei, bifidobacterium longum, inulin powder

Usage
Children 2–4 years, dissolve 1 capsule every two days in a cup of lukewarm water and let them drink it.
Children from 4 years take 1 capsule per day with water.
Adults take 1 capsule twice daily with water.
