Composition

Composition per maximum daily dosage of 4 tablets:
Emblica officinalis (Amalaki) 871 mg
Corallium rubrum (Coral) 435 mg
Tinospora cordifolia (guduchi) 435 mg
Aqueous extract from: Phyllanthus niruri 109 mg
Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi) 109 mg

The maximum recommended dosage (4 tablets) contains: calcium 382 mg (48% of the Reference Intake).

Ingredients
Emblica officinalis (Amalaki), Corallium rubrum (Coral), Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi), aqueous extract from: Phyllanthus niruri, bulking agent corn (organic, gluten-free), bulking agent: rice.

Usage
Use for adults: 2x daily 1-2 tablets, 1/2 hour before breakfast and dinner with warm water.
