Rosa centifolia, Aqueous extract from: Valeriana wallichii, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Nardostachys jatamansi, Convolvulus pluricaulis, Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi), Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), Piper nigrum (black pepper), Piper longum (Pippali), Zingiber officinale (ginger), thickening agent: gum arabic, coating: carboxymethylcellulose, stabilizer: rice, pearl.

Usage
Recommended use for adults: 1-2 tablets before bedtime.
