Rubes nigtrum, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), rice starch, Lutemax 2020® (calendula officinalis), Euphrasia officinalis, Zinc bisglycinate, Vitamin E, Rice bran extract (oryza sativa), Emulsifier (glyceryl behenate), beta-carotene

Usage
2 times a day 1 capsule with a glass of water.
Do not use during pregnancy or with liver problems.
Limit intake to a few weeks to a few months.
