Usage
Take 10ml in 120ml of water, preferably before breakfast. To open the bottle: slowly twist the cap open and wait a few seconds; close the bottle again and then shake gently. Always shake the bottle before use. Any foaming at the opening of the product is due to the nature of the ingredients.

For individuals with hypothyroidism or under thyroid treatment, consult your doctor.
Consult your doctor when using anticoagulants simultaneously.

Storage instructions
After opening, always store the bottle in the box (on the bio-photon plate) in the refrigerator and consume within 2 months.
