Usage
Preparation
Mix the contents 90.2 grams with 1.5 liters of pure fruit or grain alcohol 38-40% in a glass bottle. Let it rest for 10 days. Shake regularly. After 10 days, your elixir is ready.
Internal
2 - 3 times a day 1 teaspoon in a cup of herbal tea or water.
External
First, rub the skin with calendula balm. Apply the elixir to the affected area or as a compress. Cover with plastic wrap, then wrap with a bandage.

Meng de inhoud 90,2 gram met 1,5 liter zuivere fruit- of graanalcohol 38-40% in een glazen fles. Laat het geheel 10 dagen rusten. Regelmatig schudden. Na 10 dagen is uw elixer klaar.
Inwendig
2 - 3 maal daags 1 koffielepel in een kop kruidenthee of water.
Uitwendig
Vooraf de huid inwrijven met goudsbloembalsem. Elixer aanbrengen op de betreffende plaats of als kompres. Afdekken met plastiekfolie, dan omwikkelen met een verband.
