Usage
Internal:
2 - 3 times a day, 1 teaspoon in a cup of herbal tea or water. 
Not suitable for children under 12 years. 
Consult your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.
External:
First, rub the skin with calendula balm. Apply the elixir to the affected area or as a compress. Cover with plastic wrap, then wrap with a bandage.
