Usage
Dissolve 10 grams of AlkaGreens powder (1 generous scoop) in water, fruit juice, or mix into a SuperSmoothie 1-3 times daily. Preferably take half an hour before meals.

Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.

Ashwagandha:
Be cautious when using thyroid medications.
