Ingredients
SOY protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (MILK) (with sunflower lecithin), MILK protein casein, whey protein isolate (MILK) (with sunflower lecithin), spirulina (spirulina platensis), l-carnitine tartrate, natural vanilla flavoring, choline bitartrate, aquamin (calcareous marine algae / lithothamnion), chlorella (chlorella pyrenoidosa), sweetener: steviol glycosides from Stevia kelp (fucus vesiculosus), zinc gluconate, chromium picolinate.

Usage
Use 1 to 2 times a day a delicious shake before a meal. Eat at least half less. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dosage of 1 shake per day.

Mix 3 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) with 200 ml of water, skimmed milk, or low-fat yogurt in a glass, shaker, or with a mixer (for extra airy effect). Stir, shake, or mix until all the powder is dissolved. Contains 23 grams of protein
and 105 calories per 3 tablespoons of 30 grams. Delicious in taste due to the addition of natural vanilla and Stevia. Enriched with choline and algae.
