Usage
Nutritional yeast protein has a savory taste. The protein is suitable for daily use and can be used both before and after training, during meals, or before going to sleep. Mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) in a blender, mixer, or shaker with 250 ml of water, fruit juice, or smoothie. Also suitable as an extra addition to muesli breakfast or soup.
