Cod liver oil capsules are made from the liver of French cod. They contain 90 mg EPA, 110 mg DHA, and a total of 257 mg Omega 3 per capsule.

Omega 3	257 mg
Vitamin D3	3.2 μg 64% RI*
Vitamin A	391 μg 49% RI*

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily during or after a meal.
