Matcha is the only type of green tea where the entire tea leaf is used in powdered form and is made from young leaves of the tea plant Camellia sinensis. The tea leaves are only harvested in the spring. The finest and whole leaves are stemmed and slowly ground into a fine tea powder.

Usage
Take 1-2 capsules daily during or after meals with water.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
