Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Magnesium bisglycinate, Magnesium taurate, Magnesium malate, Magnesium citrate, Aquamin® TG Magnesium, vegetarian magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), isomalt (binding agent), silica (anti-caking agent), tapioca dextrin (binding agent), coating (HPC, HPMC), Pyridoxal 5 phosphate (Vitamin B6).

Usage
Take 1-2 tablets per day with water.
Taking more than 250 mg of magnesium per day (2 tablets) may cause a laxative effect.
