Sunfiber® AG are, through a natural fermentation process, very well soluble Prebiotic fibers.
Sunfiber® AG is made from Guar gum, a polysaccharide obtained from the seeds of the guar plant.
Sunfiber® fibers do not cause bloating or flatulence, unlike some other fibers.

Usage
Take 1 leveled tablespoon (5 grams) per day with a meal or as prescribed by your therapist or doctor.
Dissolve in water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid and let it sit for a while so that the fibers dissolve completely.
The fibers can also be dissolved in yogurt, smoothies, or warm foods.
We advise you to drink enough throughout the day (1.5 - 2 liters). If in doubt, consult your (family) doctor.

x1 afgestreken eetlepel (5 gram) per dag bij een maaltijd innemen of zoals voorgeschreven door uw therapeut of arts.
Oplossen in water (ca. 200 ml) of een andere vloeistof en even laten staan zodat de vezels volledig oplossen.
De vezels kunnen ook opgelost worden in yoghurt, smoothies of warme voedingsmiddelen.
