Mattisson Vegan nattokinase

Mattisson Vegan nattokinase
Fermokinase™ is a unique dietary supplement that contains high-quality nattokinase, derived from the sticky part of natto, a traditional Japanese dish made from fermented soybeans with Bacillus subtilis. Bacillus subtilis, a common gut bacterium, plays an essential role in maintaining gut health.

In 1980, Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi at the University of Chicago Medical School discovered that natto produces a crucial enzyme during the fermentation process, called nattokinase.
