Usage
Whey protein is suitable for daily use and can be taken both before and after training, during meals, or before bedtime. Mix 3 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) in a blender, mixer, or shaker with 250 ml of water, fruit juice, or smoothie. Also suitable as an extra addition to muesli breakfast.
