Maxim Sports drink is an easily soluble powder in water for preparing a tasty hypotonic sports drink. It provides the optimal amount of carbohydrates and minerals (= electrolytes) that you need during exercise. Maxim contains the most minerals and electrolytes of all sports drinks.

Usage
Very suitable as a sports drink before, during, and after exercise. We recommend 500ml of sports drink (= 2 scoops/500ml water) before exercising and at least 750ml (= 3 scoops/750ml water) during exercise. Also suitable as a thirst quencher after exercising. You can use 2 scoops in 750 ml.
