Usage
Mix 1 scoop (= 1 serving = 5 g) into your food of choice, for example, yogurt.
Excessive use may have a laxative effect. Contains 7 mg of caffeine per serving.
Do not exceed the recommended daily amount of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) of 800 mg*.
Do not combine on the same day with other products containing green tea. Do not take on an empty stomach.
Not to be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding and by children under 18 years. Contains 16 mg of EGCG* per serving.
