Ingredients
Deep sea FISH oil triglyceride concentrate (from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel), natural lemon flavor, antioxidants: mix of rosemary extract and tocopherol-rich extract, vitamin D (cholecalciferol concentrate).

Usage
For adults, 2.5 - 5 ml (½ - 1 teaspoon) per day with a meal, or as advised. Pregnant women and individuals taking medications should seek advice from their treating physician or therapist. Can be taken pure or mixed into cold dishes, drinks, or salad dressings.

The daily intake of EPA+DHA should not exceed 5 g.

Storage instructions
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 months.
