The omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are essential for the health of both adults and children. Ingredients
Deep sea FISH oil triglyceride concentrate (from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel), berry-flavored aroma, orange-flavored aroma, antioxidants: d-alpha-tocopherol and tocopherol-rich extract, cholecalciferol concentrate.

Usage
Daily dosage for children: 1 ml for ages 3-6, 2.5 ml for ages 7 and older. Can be taken straight or mixed into cold dishes and drinks.
