Ingredients
SOY protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (MILK), MILK protein, skimmed MILK powder, dextrose, L-carnitine tartrate, choline bitartrate, minerals, flavoring (vanilla), spirulina, chlorella, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), kelp, sweetener (sucralose).

Usage
As a starting dose: add +/- 200 ml. of water, skimmed milk, or low-fat yogurt to a glass or shaker.
Add 1 level scoop (30 grams) and stir or shake until all the powder is dissolved.
Use 1 to 2 times a day a delicious shake before a meal.
If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dosage of 1 shake per day.

Seaweed Shake should not be used if there has been a past sensitivity to one or more ingredients.
Do not use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry, and closed container.
