- Blue skullcap
scientifically known as Scutellaria lateriflora, is an herb that has been traditionally used for its special properties. It is native to North America and primarily grows in moist areas along rivers and swamps.

This herb is known for its rich history of use in traditional medicine, particularly among Native American tribes, who used it to treat various conditions.

The main bioactive compounds in blue skullcap are flavonoids, such as baicalin and baicalein, as well as other compounds like iridoids and tannins. These compounds are believed to contribute to the medicinal properties of the herb.

L-theanine
an amino acid that occurs naturally in tea leaves, especially in green tea, and is known for its therapeutic effects. It is often used as a dietary supplement due to its potential benefits for mental well-being and cognitive function.

2 capsules (is a daily dosage) contain:
- Omegacaps® fish oil powder: 210 mg
standardized on Omega 3: 24 mg (of which DHA 16 mg)
- Green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract: 200 mg
standardized on 20% natural L-Theanine = 40 mg
- Blue Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia): 100 mg
- Ginkgo biloba leaf extract: 80 mg
standardized on 24% flavonglycosides = 19.2 mg
standardized on 6% terpenelactones = 4.8 mg

Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, FISH oil powder (Omegacaps®), vegetable capsule (HPMC), green tea leaf, blue skullcap, Ginkgo Biloba, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silica.
This product contains MILK, SOY, and FISH.

Usage
Children under 13 years: 1 capsule per day.
13 years and older: 2 capsules per day.
Preferably take with water before meals.
