Use
1 tablet once a day, preferably taken during meals.

Warning
This product contains more than 7 mg of vitamin B6 and is therefore not suitable for children up to and including 17 years (mandatory warning text). Contains vitamin K2. Use in combination with coumarin derivatives only in consultation with a (orthomolecular) doctor.
