Properties, characteristics, and reason for use:
Nutramigen 2 LGG with extensively hydrolyzed casein proteins is developed for infants with a cow's milk allergy. Nutramigen 2 LGG is intended as a source of nutrition as part of a non-diverse diet. It is the first formula for allergic babies that contains the recommended amount of DHA (omega 3) to support normal visual development. Nutramigen 2 LGG contains Lactobacillus GG, a combination that has a beneficial effect on, among other things, the management of cow's milk allergy, allowing your baby to return to a normal diet more quickly. Extensively hydrolyzed formula tastes and smells different from standard formula, so give your baby time to get used to it. The taste of Nutramigen 2 LGG has been improved to support acceptance by children from 6 months. Mead Johnson Nutrition has been engaged in scientific research into the nutritional needs of infants with cow's milk allergy for over 70 years and has conducted more than 70 clinical studies.

Ingredients

Feeding schedule advice
6-12 months: 2-3 bottles with 210 ml of water with 7 scoops of formula per day
> 1 year: 2 bottles with 210 ml of water and 7 scoops of formula per day

Preparation advice
1. Wash your hands thoroughly.
2. Clean bottles, nipples, caps, and other accessories with water (1 minute in boiling water).
3. Boil fresh water. Let it cool to room temperature. Pour the required amount of water into a clean bottle.
4. Add the required number of leveled scoops of powder (see feeding schedule).
5. Close the bottle, roll it between your hands, and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
6. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
7. Prepared formula can spoil quickly. Feed the formula immediately after preparation.
After starting feeding, use the formula within 1 hour and do not refrigerate again. Discard any unused formula and clean all accessories.

Important information
Nutramigen 2 LGG is suitable for babies from 6 months and young children.
It is intended as dietary nutrition for cow's milk allergy and is part of a varied diet. Nutramigen 2 LGG can be used like any food source. Babies receiving this nutrition may frequently have loose stools of a greenish color. It should be used under medical supervision and cannot be used as a substitute for breast milk during the first 6 months of life. Consult your doctor regarding your child's supplementary feeding.
In the interest of your baby's health, we recommend that you carefully follow the preparation and usage instructions. When preparing a bottle, it is very important to pay attention to good hygiene, proper preparation, dilution, use, and storage.
Do not use a microwave. Failing to follow these instructions can have serious consequences for your baby.

Storage instructions
Store the can in a cool, dry place. Seal the can tightly after opening, keep it in a dry place, and use the contents within 1 month. Do not freeze the milk powder and avoid exposure to extreme heat.
