According to the advice of your doctor or dietitian.

Instructions for use
Use only the included scoop. A leveled scoop provides 5.7 grams of powder. Wash hands before use. Use clean utensils and ensure the top of the package is clean. Sprinkle a maximum of 8 scoops of powder onto prepared food, such as soup or puree, and mix well. Can also be dissolved in milk or another drink, both warm and cold. Mix 50 ml of liquid with 8 scoops of powder and stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Top up with water to 200 ml.
