Preparation advice
Wash your hands and ensure that the bottle and nipple are clean.

Bring water to a boil. Let the boiled water cool to a hand-warm temperature and pour 150 ml into the bottle.

Open the sachet with clean scissors and add the contents.

Screw the cap onto the bottle and shake vigorously vertically until the powder is completely dissolved.

Check if the formula is not too warm by dropping it on the inside of your wrist.

Storage instructions
