Ingredients
Water, organic sugarcane molasses, 0.5% organic herb mixture*, lactic acid bacteria cultures*, 0.5% salt (Portuguese sea salt).

Use
Mild dosage 5 ml per day
Normal dosage 10 ml per day
If desired, 30 ml per day
Mix the dosage with a glass of water, juice, or smoothie.

Are you using 7M for the first time? We recommend starting with a mild daily dosage of 5 ml. You can increase this to 10 ml per day after a few days if desired. The maximum daily dosage is 30 ml.

It is possible that your body may need a little time to adjust to the beneficial bacteria and herbs in 7M. Your intestines may become a bit active and rumble. However, this is not a problem and is considered positive.

Storage instructions
After opening, store in the refrigerator for 2 months (approx. +7°C). Keep out of reach of children.
