Use
Take 1 capsule per day during or immediately after a meal.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day. 
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
