Usage
2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not administer to children under 18 years. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medications simultaneously. Intake should be limited to a few weeks/months. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach or if you are using other products containing green tea on the same day. 1 capsule contains 25 mg epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG), do not exceed the daily amount of 800 mg EGCG per day.
