Green Mandarin OrganicWhen diffused, it refreshes and purifies the air, and when ingested, it will promote digestion. Green mandarin pairs well
with true lavender, geranium, true chamomile, and other citrus oils, enhancing its scent. Because green mandarin oil is very potent, usually a small percentage is sufficient. Red mandarin oil is much less potent than green mandarin oil and loses its fine scent much faster.

Precautions for internal use:
1. Certain essential oils are suitable only for external use! This is always
clearly stated on the packaging.

3. Never use undiluted. Use a carrier (honey, herbal infusion,…) for the intake
of essential oils.

some edible vegetable oil and consult the Poison Control Center.
5. Continuous use of essential oils is not recommended.
Precautions for external use:
1. As a precaution, it is recommended not to use essential oils on children
under 3 years and pregnant or nursing women. True lavender and Eucalyptus radiata
are exceptions to this.
2. Never apply undiluted to the skin. Dilute in a vegetable oil, cream, gel, or
shampoo, also for use in the bath! Some essential oils can be applied pure to the skin after advice from a health professional.
3. Essential oils naturally contain components that can cause allergic
reactions in sensitive individuals (e.g., citral, d-limonene, linalool, geraniol, citronellol,…). These
components are always listed on the packaging.
Before using an essential oil on the skin, it is wise to perform an allergy test.
Dilute a drop of essential oil in 10 ml of vegetable oil and apply it to the inside of your elbow. If the skin does not feel red or itchy after 24 hours, you are not allergic.
4. All citrus essential oils are photosensitizing! Photosensitization is the result of
an interaction between UV rays and a sensitizing substance. The skin becomes red and looks
burned. Avoid exposure to UV rays for at least 12 hours after use on
the skin!
5. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose, and mucous membranes! In case of accidental contact: immediately
‘rinse’ with vegetable oil.
