You can choose a dietary supplement with a vitamin B complex. Certain B vitamins are involved in helping to release energy from food1, and other B vitamins have a positive effect on the functioning of the nervous system5. Balanced B-50 is lower dosed than B 100 (from at least 1x the RDA) and contains vitamin C as an extra to support resistance. Balanced B50 & C also contains plant extracts such as kelp (contains 1% iodine) and alfalfa.
