Physalis Ashwagandha forte organic contains a premium ashwagandha or Indian ginseng extract; KSM-66®. More than a decade of research resulted in an ashwagandha extract with a high standardization on withanolides (>5%), while maintaining the ratios found in nature. It is the world's most studied and safest broad-spectrum ashwagandha extract.

Usage
1 tablet per day. To be taken with a meal with some water.

Ashwagandha:
Caution when using thyroid medications.
