The strains in the Plantina Yolac 5 have been identified and registered. You can recognize this by the code behind the species name (e.g., LA02). One capsule of Yolac 5 contains 1 billion gut bacteria. The capsules can be used for daily maintenance.

Composition

Composition per daily dosage of 1 capsule
At least 1 billion of the following bacteria:
Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02
Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR04
Lactobacillus plantarum LP01
Bifidobacterium lactis BS01
Bifidobacterium breve BR03

Ingredients
Bacterial strains, dietary fibers, casein peptone (MILK, no lactose), SOY peptone, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), filler (maltodextrin), anti-caking agent (fatty acids)

Usage
Adults: 1 to 3 capsules per day
Children from two years: 1 or 2 capsules.
Younger children: in consultation with the doctor.
Take at least half an hour before or after a meal with a glass of plenty of water; preferably drink while standing.

Storage instructions
Store the Yolac 5 capsules as much as possible under constant conditions. Preferably in a cool and especially dry place (max. 25°C). Unopened, the products are shelf-stable for two years. After two years, there are guaranteed to be still one billion bacterial strains in a capsule. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging.
