L’Oréal Paris Préférence Le Blonding is a permanent hair color that has a lightening effect, coloring natural, uncolored hair up to 3 shades lighter.

You will find the following 6 components in the Préférence packaging: the color gel, the developing cream, the gloss oil, the gloss-protecting conditioner, and of course a pair of gloves and the instructions for use.

The color gel, developing cream, and gloss oil are mixed together. The addition of this gloss oil to the color mixture results in a shiny color outcome and contributes to enhancing the natural nuances of the hair. The gloss oil is enriched with flower oils and has a luxurious floral scent with notes of amber for an improved fragrance experience during application.

The Préférence protective conditioner can be used more frequently after the color treatment. This intensely nourishing conditioner reduces hair breakage by up to 70%*. To protect colored hair from sun exposure, the conditioner contains a UV filter. Additionally, the conditioner includes Vitamin E, which helps reduce hair breakage and protects the shine of colored hair for up to 8 weeks. With weekly use of the conditioner, the shine in the hair will be maintained longer.

Use
Preparation
Always perform an allergy warning test 48 hours before using a hair coloring product. If your hair is longer than shoulder length, use two packages of hair color.

Step 1: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on the gloves.

Step 2: Pour the color gel into the application bottle containing the developer cream.

Step 3: Pour the shine oil into the application bottle with the developer cream.

Step 4: Close the application bottle and shake well until an even mixture is formed.

Step 5: Immediately twist off the tip of the application bottle after mixing to prevent the bottle from opening spontaneously.

Coloring the hair
Step 6: First apply the color mixture to the parting and the stubborn gray hairs. Then distribute it over the lengths and the entire hair.

Step 7: Gently massage the color mixture in until the hair is completely covered.

Step 8: Leave the color on for 30 minutes. Dispose of the remaining mixture.

Step 9: Distribute a small amount of lukewarm water over the hair and gently massage it through the hair. Rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until the rinse water is clear.

After coloring
Step 10: Distribute a sufficient amount of the shine-protecting conditioner over the entire hair and gently massage it in. The required amount depends on the hair length. Use the shine-protecting conditioner once a week to protect and care for the hair. This way, you can enjoy a shiny color result for longer.
