Gebruik
Laat de bonen een nacht weken.
Spoel ze af, doe ze in een pan met koud water en breng 2 minuten aan de kook. Giet vervolgens af (deze stap zorgt ervoor dat de bonen makkelijk verteerbaar zijn). Kook ze verder in een grote pan met water, afgedekt, gedurende 40 tot 60 minuten. Je kunt kruiden of kombu-zeewier aan het kookwater toevoegen. Serveer warm als bijgerecht of koud in een salade.
