Gebruik
Meng 300 g Puur Pannenkoekmix met 650-700 ml melk tot een glad beslag. Verhit een beetje boter of olie in een koekenpan en bak heerlijke pannenkoeken of flinterdunne flensjes op rustig vuur. Keer ze om wanneer de onderkant goudbruin is en bak ook de andere kant mooi goudbruin.
