Ingredients
Bacopa monnieri, ginkgo biloba, ashwagandha (LACTOSE), grape seed extract, phosphatidylserine (from SOY), choline, inositol, black currant, vitamin B12, folic acid, vegetarian pullulan capsule, filler (rice extract), anti-caking agent (rice concentrate).

Usage
Take 2 capsules per day with a meal and water. The formula contains Ashwagandha where a small amount of milk has been used for preparation. Therefore not suitable for those with a lactose allergy.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. May affect the action of anticoagulants.

Ashwagandha:
Be cautious when using thyroid medications.
